People are better persuaded by the reasons they themselves discovered than those that come into the minds of others - Pascal

Lead from Within. Thrive Together!

I help overwhelmed achievers recover clarity, steadiness, and purpose without losing what makes them effective. My work is for people who are starting to realize that the way they have been operating is no longer sustainable.

I know that world from both sides. I spent 10 years in corporate settings, working from the ground level into upper management and moving toward a COO track, and I later spent another 10 years in counseling work, including 7 years leading a counseling nonprofit and directing a team of counselors.

That combination shapes how I coach. I understand the pressure to perform, the loneliness that can come with responsibility, and the private cost of holding everything together for too long.

My story

For a long time, I lived in environments where competence, responsibility, and high performance mattered every day. I learned how organizations work, how leaders carry pressure, and how easy it is for capable people to become trapped in patterns of over-functioning, overthinking, and internal strain while still looking fine on the outside.

Eventually, my path led me deeper into the human side of change. I earned my MA in Counseling and spent the next decade helping people work through the inner patterns that affect how they lead, relate, decide, and live. Over time, I also led a counseling nonprofit, supporting both clients and a team of 10 to 15 counselors.

That is why my work today sits at the intersection of leadership, emotional health, and personal growth. I am interested in real change that shows up in everyday life, not just insight that sounds good in conversation.

How I work

My style is thoughtful, direct, and practical. I bring the depth of a counseling background, the clarity of coaching, and the realism of someone who understands how pressure actually works in professional life.

I do not believe people need more shame, more buzzwords, or more pressure to “fix themselves.” I believe they need honest reflection, useful tools, and the kind of conversation that helps them see clearly and move forward with intention.

In our work together, I help clients:

  • Understand the patterns driving stress, overthinking, and disconnection.

  • Build clarity around what matters and what is costing them most.

  • Develop steadier ways of responding under pressure.

  • Strengthen leadership, communication, and relationships from the inside out.

Who I work with

I work with caring, responsible people who carry more than their share — including leaders whose roles quietly demand too much, and men and women who have become the dependable one at home, at work, or in their communities.

My work is especially resonant for overwhelmed men who are often reluctant to seek support until the cost gets too high, but I also work with women, leaders, and organizations that want healthier, steadier, more sustainable ways of working and living.

Credentials

My experience includes:

  • MA in Counseling.

  • ICF credentialed coach and graduate-level evidence-based PCC coaching training.

  • Certification in Motivational Interviewing.

  • Over 20 years of mentoring, counseling, and coaching experience.

  • Over 10 years of corporate management experience and 7 years in executive leadership.

I value strong training, but what matters most to me is helping clients create change that is honest, meaningful, and durable in real life.

If you are looking for someone who understands both high-pressure environments and the deeper work of personal change, you are in the right place. My goal is to help you become more grounded, more clear, and more fully alive in the life you are already carrying.
